Position the rebounder upright or open with the legs in place (as if you were going to jump on the rebounder). Each spring cover has a seam where the fabric and internal banding join and has 6 hook & loop straps (like Velcro™) located at the leg positions.

To prevent damage to the spring cover during shipment it is attached on the underside of the rebounder by 2 of the hook & loop straps.  Remove the spring cover and set it aside before engaging the 6 legs.
Center the seam above a hinge (over the frame seam on a non-folding rebounder) and wrap the hook & loop strap around the legs on the left and the right.  The band inside the spring cover is tight and will be easier to slip over the frame if you can begin in this manner.
Wrap the hook & loop strap around the leg back onto itself.  Make sure to engage as much of the strap onto itself as possible to ensure a tight and secure fit.

Continue around the frame wrapping each hook & loop strap until all 6 near the legs are in place.

Whenever a rebounder is to have the legs folded (such as for storage or transport), the hook & loop straps should be loosened and the spring cover removed.
